7-Day Detox boasts that it has helped a woman set the world weight loss record. They claim that she lost 24 pounds in only 7 days. Now that just is not safe for anyone. Record or not, a product that is making you lose that much weight in 7 days is going to do you more harm than good.

They extend the challenge to beat her! The 7-Day Detox is supposed to be the world’s only supplement to help you lose that much weight by detoxifying your body. They even say that they don’t make claims or cause hype; they only show results. Well it sounds like they are making plenty of claims. Let’s take a closer look at this product.

According to 7-Day Detox the formula contains 34 of the strongest detox ingredients in the world. Saying that the results are “beyond dramatic”. When we took a look at the ingredients we were surprised to note some good legitimate weight loss ingredients. Those include Chromium Polynicotinate, caffeine, and glucomannan. However, we also noted that all of the other ingredients are natural laxatives. The laxatives are just going to cancel out any effects the effective ingredients might have had. They still strip the colon of everything whether it is good or bad. We really don’t see anything safe about the 7-Day Detox product. The weight loss is not going to be long-term, and the colon cleanse is not going to be effective. It may actually cause more irritation which can lead to future build-up of toxins.

Overall Impression of 7-Day Detox

We were certainly not impressed with 7-Day Detox. They don’t claim to do anything remotely safe or helpful. Losing 24 pounds in 7 days just is not safe. The ingredients in this are also not effective cleansing ingredients. We suggest you go with a more realistic product that can offer you real results that won’t harm your body.
