The main cleanse is found in a capsule form and five pills are supposed to be taken with lunch or dinner every day for seven days. The package strongly cautions against taking more than the allotted dose in a 24-hour period, which suggests a rigorous schedule must be kept for those seven days.

This product also includes the plant product Senna. Senna acts as a stimulant laxative which means that the muscles of the colon and large intestine are affected and stimulated, rather than the flexibility or transportability of the stool modified.
