Colon Cleanse MD
Created by Stephen Holt MD, Colon Cleanse MD is apparently an “icon” in the dietary supplement industry.
By putting an “MD” at the end of their product, and getting medical endorsement, Colon Cleanse MD definitely seems like a professional, clinically proven product, but we need to look at the ingredients and consumer reviews before we can make that determination.
About Colon Cleanse MD
Dr Holt is a best selling author, award winning researcher, and a pioneer in alternative medicine. He is apparently a practicing, board certified physician with specific training in gastroenterology, nutrition, and therapeutics, and it is largely on his back that this particular product is promoted.
Colon Cleanse MD Ingredients
It has some proven cleansing ingredients such as milk thistle and dandelion root.
However, most of the ingredients have little to no actual application to cleansing in general or more specifically, colon cleansing. Some are fairly unrecognizable, which is not surprising. Basically, they paid Dr Holt to write a small testimonial endorsing their product, nothing more, nothing less. He didn’t really look into it, or else he probably wouldn’t have promoted it at all. But his fee accounts for most of what you are paying for.
Conclusion
Colon Cleanse MD uses the common MD at the end of its name to make you believe that it is a worthwhile product, just like Perricone MD does for all its products. They cite a relatively convincing doctor who happens to be published and well known in the medical industry. It is a clever move, but unfortunately clever moves don’t make a descent product. Your money would only be wasted with this product.
