This kit is an 8 day cleanse that is supposed to help remove waste build-up in the colon. It is made of all herbal ingredients and toxin absorbing ingredients to help you support a healthy digestive function. At first glance it seems like most other colon cleansing kits we’ve looked at. There are several parts to it, a Toxin Absorber and a Digestive Stimulator.

Both of the parts of the Colon Cleansing Kit are basically just a bunch of diuretics. These help to increase bowel movements, and they say that this is removing harmful toxic buildup. However, the body naturally sloughs off digestive matter on its own, and should not need the help of diuretics to get toxins out. The other problem we saw with this product is that they recommend a 5-day liquid only fast. This cannot be healthy for anyone. You’re body is losing nutrients through taking the Colon Cleansing Kit anyway. By not replacing them with food you’re really just depleting your body of all nutrients, vitamins, and sources of energy.

Overall Impression of Colon Cleansing Kit

We do not think this product is a safe product. It does not seem to contain any vitamins or minerals to replace what is being sloughed off. We do not recommend this product as a good way to cleanse your system.
