The idea of Colonix and other cleanses is that without them you’re body would become so toxic to itself that it would be making itself sick. The only problem is that most colon cleansers do not actually help remove toxic buildup. Most only act as diurectics.

This will only help with constipation, but may actually irritate the colon.
