Nature Cleanse

Nature Cleanse is a Nature’s Plus product that claims to provide you with a “multifaceted, fiber rich powder.” They claim that each serving is a complete colon cleansing formula rich in rice fiber, prune fiber, and chitosan. They also do provide a full ingredients list, and it comes at fairly affordable prices, selling through multiple third party retailers.

Though they do have some fibers, they lack the ingredients required to actually cleanse the colon. They use chitosan, which has been speculated to be a kind of weight loss ingredient. But again, they lack any actual cleansing ingredients, and they hide all their ingredients in a small proprietary blend for the number of ingredients, meaning no one ingredient with an effective amount.

Nature Cleanse is not actually meant to be a colon cleanser. In fact, the one weight loss ingredient they do have is only in a tiny fraction of the amount it would require to promote weight loss.
