CleanseSmart is also supposed to support what they call the “body’s 7 channels of elimination”. We really don’t know what those 7 channels are and can only think of a few, but their website doesn’t go into much detail about that.

In order to do all that they would have to have quite a few impressive ingredients. Sadly, we were disappointed when we took a look at the ingredients list. CleanseSmart formula is basically a mix of all natural herbs. Many of these herbs have a laxative effect on the body. They are not sources of caffeine so they will not increase energy. They will actually end up irritating the colon so they will not help to cleanse, and they will not lead to any effective weight loss.

We do not suggest that you buy ReNew Life CleanseSmart. It does not seem to have any effective ingredients. Sure it may be all natural, but that does not mean it is healthy for you. By loading your body with laxatives you are doing more harm than good.
