It contains some good fibers that are actually healthy for your body, and can assist in cleansing. The other steps, however, are just a mix of laxatives and natural herbs that really don’t give many benefits. The small benefits you may gain from some of the herbs will probably be canceled out by the laxatives. The laxatives will just flush everything through your body, and will not allow time to actually absorb nutrients.

It contains some fibers, but you will lose those benefits will all the laxatives this product contains. We suggest finding a product that doesn’t rely on laxatives.
