Many will like this as the taste and texture of most fiber powders are enough to keep people away. The only ingredient it really contains is organic acacia fiber. Sure it is nice that it doesn’t contain psyllium because sometimes that creates a bad texture. However, it is sometimes important in helping your body to absorb the fiber better, and help you swallow it better. We’re not sure that just one ingredient is really worth spending your money on. You can get fiber from whole wheat bread or vegetables. If you’re going to spend your money find a product that can do more for you.

Sure one ingredient is ok, but if it is just a fiber do you really want to spend more money than necessary on it? We thought that if you’re looking for a colon cleanser it should at least have some other antioxidants and fibers in it.
